| I haven't received my validation email |
|
Upon registering with Office Bomb.com you will be sent a validation code to the email address you provided.
If this code has not been received, the most common reason is that you did not provide us with the correct
mail address. Please check that you registered with the correct email address and try again. If you are still
experiencing problems it could be possible that your email host is identifying the email as "junk" or "spam".
Have a look in your junk or spam folders to see if it has been sent there. If this doesn't help, please send
us your details to admin@officebomb.co.uk
and we will manually validate your account for you.

| I have forgotten my password |
|
Please click on the forgotten password? Tab underneath where you were trying to sign in.
We will ask you for your email address and send you your password to the email address that you registered with.

| How do I remove my name from the site |
|
There are many areas on the site where your name may be listed. Perhaps next to a photo, in the
competition section, or listed with a company. If you no longer wish for your name to be displayed
in any of these areas please contact us at
admin@officebomb.co.uk and specify which areas you would like your name to be removed from.

| How do I remove my name from a company |
|
If you no longer want to be listed with a company you can go to your In Tray which gives you
access to the information we hold about you. You will see at the bottom of your profile your
work experience. Next to each company you have added you will see a delete option on the right.
Click delete and you will be removed from this company.

| I am registered but I can't log in |
|
One of the most common reasons for this is because people haven't entered the correct log in details.
Please renter your details and try again. If this doesn't work go to the forgotten password? Tab
underneath where you are trying to sign in. We will ask you for the email address that you registered
with. Once you have done this we will send your password to you. There will also be an option to loh
into the site from this page. If the problem persists please contact
admin@officebomb.co.uk.

If you are unhappy about this we can remove the photo for you. Please contact us at
admin@officebomb.co.uk.
We will also be in touch with the person who submitted the
photo but we are unable to give you that person's details.

| How long does full membership last? |
|
Full membership lasts for one year. Towards the end of the term we will send you an email to ask you
if you would like to renew your membership or become a part member.

| My In tray |

| What is my In Tray? |
|
Your In Tray is basically your home page. From your In Tray you may edit your details and profile,
add photos to your gallery and check your mail.
|

| How do I edit my profile/details? |
|
To edit any of the information you have provided us or your profile, click on My In Tray.
This will give you access to your profile. There you will see an edit profile option.
Click this and your details will be displayed, if these are what you want to edit, simply
delete what you need and re enter the new information. When you have finished click submit.
If you want to edit the details you wrote about your self which appear next to your photo
you need to click edit profile again and keep pressing submit until the page you want to edit is displayed.

| How do I contact colleagues/friends? |
|
You need to perform a search for the person you wish to send a message to. If your results
produce 0 matches try an advanced search and make sure you have entered the details correctly.
Once you have found the person you open their profile. In the text box click on the link that
says (send your friends name a message). Click on the link and you will be directed to the emails page.

| How do I know if the message I sent has been read? |
|
Unfortunately this is not possible, as with most email services we are unable to tell you.
|

| If I delete a message will I be able to get it back? |
|
No sorry, once you have deleted the message it is gone. If you want to keep it safe you can
copy and paste it to somewhere safer and save it.

| Can I send a photo with my email? |
|
You can't send a photo along with your email, but you can add photos to your personal photo gallery.
Here your pals can access the photos you want to add to your gallery.

| How will I How know if I have won? |
|
When someone wins a competition we email them to inform them. We then display the winning
entries on the homepage and send your prizes.
|

| What does the competition winner win? |
|
Competition winners will receive an Office Bomb certificate to frame at work or to keep on
their desk, along with a gift voucher. As previously mentioned the winners photo will be
displayed on the home page until a new winner is selected three months later.

| How long do the competitions run for? |
|
We change the competitions every three months. Competition types are Office Hotty/Totty,
Stars In Their Eyes and Bad Day At The Office. I hate Mondays runs continuously.

| What should I do if someone enters me in a competition without my permission?? |
|
If you are unhappy about this contact us at

and we will remove the entry from the site. We will also contact the person who submitted your details.

| Can I enter a photo of someone else into a competition? |
|
Yes you can as long as you have sought their permission to do so. If we receive a complaint that you
did not seek permission, your membership may be terminated depending upon the conditions.

You will receive items purchased from the Office Shop within 3 to 5 working
days. We send all items carefully packaged via First Class mail.

| How do I report a problem with the games? |

officebomb.com is totally independent from the games site (www.gamegecko.com). We have no control over
the content or functionality of that site. However we value your feedback and are happy to read your
comments regarding the games, please send them to admin@officebomb.co.uk.

| Can I send a friend a link to the game site? |
|
You may send your friends links to the games and the games site they originate from. Underneath
every game is a send to a friend option. Simply fill out the name(s) and email address(es) of
1 to 9 people and we will make sure your pals know where to get the games from.

| Can I send my story, joke , excuse or photo in? |
|
We value your additions to the site. If you want to send something click on the appropriate listing
on the navigation bar. Once the page has opened on the top right corner you will see an option to
Add Story (or, joke etc). Click this and you will be guided through the process.

| I have sent a photo/joke/story/excuse to the site but it hasn't been displayed. |
|
In most cases this will be because we read or view all material sent to the site prior to it's
submission. This takes a maximum of 24 hours. Once we have verified that what you have sent is
not in breech of our terms and conditions it will be added to the site. Material sent that is
not suitable will not be submitted. We will send you an email explaining why it was not possible
to include your items. In severe cases, membership may be terminated. For more details regarding
the submission of material to the Office Bomb website please refer to our terms and conditions.

| I have tried to send a photo to the site but it won't work |
|
If the title of the image is too long, you may not be able to submit it to the site. Simply
rename your image with a shorter name and try again. We accept images in a range of formats.
At this stage we do not accept slide shows or videos.

| What happens if I choose to send to a friend? |
|
If you send something from one of these pages to a friend that person will receive an email
from us explaining that you wanted them to see either a photo/Joke/Story etc. The friend does
not have to be registered to access the email, we will not bombard your friend with junk mail
or spam. If your friend wishes to register, a link will be provided. Registering is optional,
they do not have to register to read the email you have sent them.

| What is the complaint process? |
|
Please send all complaints to admin@officebomb.co.uk.
We will respond within 24 hours and let you know how we intend to deal with your complaint. If we feel that action
needs to be taken you will receive an email from us detailing how we plan to rectify your complaint.

| I am offended by something on the site |
|
We apologise if you have been offended by content on the site. Some forms of humour may be
displeasing to others, however they may be socially acceptable and legal. If something on
the site is troubling you please contact us at
admin@officebomb.co.uk. We will look into it
and if necessary remove the offending content from the site.

| How do I report abuse? |

We take abuse very seriously. Please send an email as soon as you have seen the offending
item to admin@officebomb.co.uk.
Please give your email the subject Abuse. In this email we
would like to know the name of the person who you fel has been abusive if this is possible,
we will also need to know which area of the site the abuse is in. We will contact you as
soon as we have removed it from the site.

| How do I let you know that my details have changed? |
|
You can mange all of your details and change email address, etc in your In Tray, by clicking on the edit details tab.

| Every time I submit something to the site I have to click a tick box to state it is not pornography. |
|
This is a new legal requirement which covers both parties. Unfortunately misuse of the internet is common,
we do not wish to offend our users and therefore ask people submitting material to the site to declare it
is not pornographic. This covers us in the event that material sent in is unsuitable and offensive to others.
It also acts as a deterrent to those wishing to misuse our site.
